  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Usually orders are sent same day or next day after the order is placed.

  • Can some of your merchandise be used outside?

    Most of our merchandise can be used outside. But to ensure longevity and non-fading, we suggest you instruct your customers to seal those items. Clay is porous and will change color with rain and the elements. However, that is what enhances the beauty of these products.

  • How do I return an item?

    We hope that you never have to return one of our items. But, if you do, call us or email us, 956-683-9949 or, myamigosimports@gmail.com and let us know..There will be a 20% restocking fee.. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice..Ship back to the return address on the package.

  • Claims

    All damage claims must be reported to us within 3 business days. Please keep damaged merchandise in its original packaging and box for at least 7 days in case Fed Ex decides to inspect the damages. Discrepancies in color, texture, etc. are not considered damaged. We inspect and carefully package all merchandise. But, in this fast pace “volume” shipping business, damages sometimes occur and the carrier must be held accountable. We will take care of filing claims.

  • Privacy Policy

    When you register with our site or make a purchase, we obtain some personal information such as email, address, etc.  The information will only be used for internal marketing and administrative efforts.  We will never sell any of your personal information to a third party.

  • Shipping/Delivery

    We ship lightweight items thru USPS and heavier items thru Fedex Ground..All of our items ship for free and we will choose the least expensive way. If you need an item overnight or rushed, let us know and we will let you know the difference in cost that you will need to pay.

  • Unpacking Merchandise

    Please do not throw away boxes and packaging material until after you have unpacked and confirmed that you have accounted for everything you ordered. We take great pride in speed and carefulness in packing while at the same time minimizing volume to save  on freight. Some items are very lightweight and therefore be mistaken for packing material.

  • Form of Payment

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as our preferred payment method.

  • Replacements

    Merchandise is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive safely. So any item that was damaged will be reshipped at no cost usually within 3-5 days. In some cases, we will issue credit.

  • Color

    Please understand that our merchandise is handmade, hand painted and therefore no two pieces are alike. Variations in color, shape, size and texture are a normal part of the uniqueness. This is especially true for our Rustic Line, which are all unique pieces. There will be no refunds or exchanges on this type of antique merchandise.

  • Restocking Fee

    All cancelled orders and any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
