Our greatest seller so far has been our Concho Crosses. These hand made and hand painted crosses, have been such great sellers. These crosses measure 11 x 17 inches and come in a multitude of colors and designs. For these crosses we take a concho and make that the focal point of these crosses. Our in house artist does the rest.

With this cross we used hand hammered iron clavos and antiqued in turquoise both the clavos and the cross..All of our crosses have a hole in the back for easy hanging. These crosses measure 11 x 17 inches and come in a multitude of colors and designs. For these crosses we take a brooch and make that the focal point of these crosses. Our iron fancy cross measures 19 x 22 inches and comes in a rust patina. Once the cross is handmade, it is set out in the elements to rust. A clear coat is then applied to keep the rust patina but without the messy part. We also antiqued this cross in a variety of colors. Email us or call us with your preferences.

This is the smallest handpainted cross we sell. These are done by a lady named Laura Jimon, daughter of one of the pioneers of "Burnished Ware" in Tonala Jalisco. He is featured in the Great Masters of Popular Art in Mexico. They measure about 2 x 3 inches. We also carry the larger cross in this same style. That one is considered the small hand painted cross.

Made out of clay, these "burnished" clay crosses mesure about 4 x 6 inches. This work "brunido" dates way back. The shine and colors are achieved naturally thru a natural chemical reaction to rubbing and use of natural dyes. Assorted.
